how easy is it to track someone using their cell phone?

Are there services online that anyone can use to do this?? Can a wife track her husbands location without him knowing??

1. It requires licenses and special equipment. So the answer to that would be NO. However, if you sign up with a company that does this, then the answer would be yes. These are big in the U.S. for parents who are tracking their kids.
2. The FBI and CIA can do it no prob. So can some hackers. Try a Private investigator. They can do it sometimes. Good luck!
3. no only the police can do that but if you know someone in the tel company they can do that for you
4. yes you can but like has been said it needs special clearances and as its not a minor you're talking about it's an invasion of privacy so ya can't.
5. Well if you`re from the UK then yes, there is a legal service provided by one of the operators that allows you to see where the phone is. In most of the other countries it`s illegal. Mobile phones can be tracked easily by anyone who has access to the system. In fact each minute, every second the central computer of your service provider has to know where you`re phone is situated, so as to be able to forward your calls to the cell you are in. That is a key thing in the mobile technology.
6. yes. But only if u r with Nextel or Sprint. They have mobile locator.
