Is is possible to track two different cell phones from different carriers within 1 meter of each other using g

I'm trying to determine whether or not it is possible to track two different cell phones. For instance, if I'm in the same room/location is it possible to track another cell phone to within 1 meter of my phone by using GPS and triangulation

1. I doubt you's get it to within 1m. Even dedicated GPS units have a hard time getting below 10ft (3m).
